Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition.
• Damaged or spoiled items will be replaced or refunded.
• Fresh produce cannot be returned after 24 hours.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Store credit may also be offered as an alternative.

Non-Returnable Items

• Cut fruits and pre-cut vegetables
• Juices and beverages once opened
• Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
